Who do you think is the best player ever to play for East Belmont

I would have to say Dougy seeing that he play's for Australia.

I'm not sure about best player, but Adrian Sergianas did surprise a lot of people with a bit of extra pace. As for absolute best player - I'll go with Peely. Record speaks for itself in a very strong era of GCA cricket.

tough one. hard to compare players over different eras. im going with jack as i never saw the other big names of the 80s play enough. it was a close call though phil allen would have to count himself unlucky. has anyone got a chest protector?

I'll agree with Ricey that it's a tough one. Going purely on what I saw, I would say Shane Wilson. If he had played more cricket at East his record would have been phenomenal; as it was, I haven't seen anything to match the 60-odd wickets he got in 1997/98 (I think?).
